1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between l1111 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("the Player", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the l1111 website located at https://l1111.io and any associated domains or subdomains.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the l1111 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are using the platform on behalf of another person, you also represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that they also meet all eligibility requirements.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the l1111 platform. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, devices, or IP addresses — constitutes a breach of these Terms. l1111 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be in breach of this policy will be closed and any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your l1111 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. l1111 strongly recommends enabling two-step verification on your account. Any activity carried out using your credentials will be attributed to you and will be treated as authorised unless you have previously notified l1111 of a security breach.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All transactions on the l1111 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l1111 accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. l1111 does not charge players a transaction fee for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which l1111 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your l1111 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to be reflected in your balance. If a deposit does not appear within 60 minutes, please contact support with the transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. l1111 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes on average for bKash and Nagad, and within 1–3 business days for card withdrawals, subject to KYC verification being complete.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

The l1111 platform operates exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). l1111 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus rules that apply across all l1111 promotions include:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. l1111 does not guarantee that any specific market will be available at any given time.
• Bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled or abandoned will be voided and stakes returned in full, unless otherwise stated in the rules for that specific market.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to the live odds engine. l1111 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, including during periods of uncertainty such as potential dismissals, injury breaks, or technical interruptions to the live data feed.
• Where an error in odds is identified — including odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure — l1111 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the event has settled.
• The maximum payout per single bet and per accumulator bet is subject to limits that are published in the sports betting rules section of the l1111 platform. Where winnings from a single wager exceed the published maximum payout, the excess will not be paid and the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.
• Cricket markets on l1111 — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are governed by the International Cricket Council (ICC) rules of the game as interpreted by l1111's trading team. In the event of a dispute, l1111's ruling is final.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to any outstanding investigations or obligations.

14. Amendments to These Terms
